이 덱 소개
TOEFL tasks reward the ability to follow and explain academic ideas across disciplines. These 500 independently selected cards cover lecture signals, argument and evidence, plus the vocabulary that actually carries biology, geology, astronomy, psychology, history, economics and the arts. Every card includes a plain-English meaning, a usage cue and an original university-context example, so what you build is transferable comprehension and production rather than a memorized list. Import it and the whole deck joins your spaced-repetition schedule. Words you already know stretch out and drop out of sight; the ones that keep slipping come back until they stop slipping. What goes down is the number of words you still don't know — not the time it takes to flip past 500 cards you mostly do.
자주 묻는 질문
- Does importing this deck use my AI allowance?
- No. Importing uses the saved deck as published; it does not run AI generation or use your AI allowance. The complete deck can therefore be imported on the free plan.
- What happens if I import the deck twice?
- Existing cards are skipped. A later import only adds genuinely new cards, so it does not create a second copy of the same material. Including re-imports after deletion, the same Memly curated deck can be imported up to three times per account over its lifetime.
- Can I change or remove cards after importing?
- Yes. Imported cards belong to your account. You can edit either side, delete cards, add notes, or move them to another deck.
- Can I study the same deck on web and mobile?
- Yes. The deck is added to your Memly account and stays available across the web app and the iOS and Android apps.
- Who writes these cards?
- Memly writes all of them — every meaning, usage cue and university-context example. Writing them ourselves is what lets each example sit in the discipline the word actually belongs to, instead of a generic sentence that would fit any of them.
- How is this different from a general academic word list?
- Cards are organized around both academic discourse and common university lecture domains, with cues for recognizing, paraphrasing and using each term in context.
